- Processing your Order
An email confirmation is snt to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

- Shipping Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your product for shipping,
After your payment is authorised and verified successfully, all orders are processed within 1-3 days but most of the time it will be the same day. We will contact you for some reason if theyre are any delays.
- Shipment Locations.

Elite Body Technology ships domestically as well as internationally. If you have a question about domestic or international delivereies, please contact us at elitebodytechnology.assist@gmail.com.
- Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once, your order is placed, an estimate delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
- Standard shipping
Ther order will arrive within 15-25Â days from shipping. Standard shipping cost is FREE.
- Tracking Options
Elite Body Technology aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.
- International Customs, Duties and Taxes
Our team will be dealing with these processes comprehensively and it is our duty to provide safe and high-quality products. The duties or import taxes payable by customers to customs or government authorities on imported parcels. If any issues arise, we will be contacting you with your email and/or your number that you have provided. Please take note that only accept emails from elitebodytechnology.assist@gmail.com and also check your spam inbox as well.
- Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact us immediately at elitebodytechnology.assist@gmail.com
- Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost of becomes a delivery exception. We’ve found that the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Elite Body Technology politely requests that customers look in common couriers hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, please contact us at elitebodytechnology.assist@gmail.com to report missing or lost packages.
